Bullying can be hugely detrimental to teenagers. This is particularly bad when you consider that people who are bullied can be as much as nine times more likely to consider suicide, have greater rates of alcohol and drug abuse, greater risk of depression and anxiety, and it can even lead to lower grades in school.

One of the most effective ways to prevent bullying is by instituting a strong peer support system. An anti-bullying campaign is the perfect time to discuss such possibilities with students, give them a stake in how they work, and get the whole school involved. Instituting a peer support system can start with training on what to do about bullying as a victim and as a bystander. A whole school can go through this training.

However, peer support systems must be something that is put in place which lasts well beyond the campaign itself. It can involve having a student council that responds to cases of bullying and could even be involved in determining punishments for bullies who are caught. It can involve peer mentoring programs that help young and less confident students who may be targets of bullies improve their confidence, and find ways to respond to the challenges they might face. This kind of mentoring program is often best when it involves pairing up freshman with older students like juniors or seniors so that they can pass down the anti-bullying culture in the school, and help deal with bullying behavior they see.

They think they know me, but they have no idea. I’m sad, hurt, angry,mad, and disappointed because my family left me alone. But I’ll put on a smile and move on. It will hurt, but I will survive. My family was a great lesson. The song is all about a guy who is comforting a girl for having a tough situation in life and that guy is my long-time boyfriend who ever made me smile and always there for me through ups and down. We can offer this song as a comfort to a friend or love ones who’s also having a tough situation.

Blogging is an inexpensive way for my small businesses to drive traffic to their site, enhance inbound marketing efforts and attract more perspective customers. Customer engagement is an immensely important element of online marketing and branding.
Blogging provides the opportunity to me to connect with my existing and potential customers in a different, more conversational way. It is also a good way to build trust with my target audience through high quality content that they find relevant. With an active comment section, I will also be able to follow the visitors’ responses to my posts, and I will be able to respond direct to their comments, which is huge in building trust and relationships.

It does not matter how small my business is, blogging is a good way for my business to build trust and establish in my industry. By providing content that will be viewed as valuable, expert information, my potential customers get to see the knowledge an experience that I have gained in my field.

Facebook is a social networking website where users can post comments, share photographs and post links to news or other interesting content on the web, chat live, and watch short-form video. You can even order food on Facebook if that’s what you want to do. Shared content can be made publicly accessible, or it can be shared only among a select group of friends or family, or with a single person.

Twitter is an online news and social networking site where people communicate in short messages called tweets. Tweeting is posting short messages for anyone who follows you on Twitter, with the hope that your messages are useful and interesting to someone in your audience. Another description of Twitter and tweeting might be microblogging.

Instagram is a photo sharing app which allows users to assign filters to photos and share them with followers. Instagram rolled out a desktop site this year for browsing (not uploading), but the app continues to be preferred environment for users to interact.

YouTube is a free to use service and a can be a great space for teens to discover things they like. For many young people, YouTube is used to watch music videos, comedy shows, how to guides, recipes, hacks and more.

Hello, I’m Junice Mae Cuizon. I am seventeen year old teenage girl just trying to get through high school. I’m came from Sibonga, Cebu, Philippines. In my I had some up and downs but it’s going rather good now. Being an entrepreneur and a student is so hard, but I promise to myself that I will do my best to conquer things.
